Anshu Jain Joins Cantor Fitzgerald as President
Former Deutsche Bank co-CEO to oversee companywide strategy and expansion efforts
Anshu Jain, former co-chief executive of Deutsche Bank AG, has joined Cantor Fitzgerald LP as its president, according to Howard Lutnick, Cantor’s CEO and chairman.
In the newly created role, Mr. Jain will help oversee companywide strategy and expansion efforts in areas including fixed-income and equities trading and prime brokerage, Mr. Lutnick said in an interview Monday.
Mr. Jain also will help New York-based Cantor expand in Asia, Mr. Lutnick said. Mr. Jain will be based in London.
