Volvo A, B Shares Swapped by Carnegie, Nordea

     March 17 (Bloomberg) -- Carnegie Investment Bank bought
5.1m Volvo A shares, while Nordea Bank sold the same amount,
according to Bloomberg data.
  * Nordea bought 5.2m Volvo B shares, while Carnegie sold ~5.1m
  * Nordea owned 44m Class B shares, or 2.76% as of Dec.;
    Carnegie owned 9.3m, or 0.6%
  * Nordea owned 4.8m Class A shares as of Dec.: Bloomberg data
  * Volvo shares are up 0.9% today

  * NOTE: A shares carry one vote, B shares one-tenth of a vote;
