(Bloomberg) -- Three private equity funds weighing bids for
Solera Holdings that would value the company at over $6b
including debt, FT Alphaville says, citing “usually well
informed people.”
* Vista Equity Partners, is considering an offer of $63/share,
FT Alphaville says
* Thoma Bravo, U.K.’s Pamplona Capital Management are also
each considering bids of $62/share
* Pamplona declined to comment, and Vista couldn’t be
immediately reached for comment: FT Alphaville
