potential Syngenta deal, Reuters reports, citing people
familiar.
* BASF, Dow Chemical seen as potential suitors for all or
parts of Syngenta, Reuters says
* MON up as much as 2.3%; SYT up as much as 7%
* NOTE: May 1: Monsanto Is Said to Approach Syngenta Again
