U.S. Patent and Trademark Office by Hayman Capital on April 2
regarding Lialda and Gattex.
* Co. will continue to “defend vigorously” its patents,
“pursue all legal options available to protect its

* NOTE April 2: Hedge Fund Manager Kyle Bass challenging
patents on Lialda, Gattex, according to filings on April 1
with USPTO
