(Bloomberg) -- Extended CFIUS review of Riverbed/Thoma
Bravo likely related to Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan being
included in buyout group, TheDeal.com said yday.
* A 2007 revised CFIUS ruled required that any deal involving
a foreign govt entity on buyer side “automatically” goes
into extended 45-day review
* Review could end about April 9
* NOTE: March 6, Parties expect CFIUS will conclude its review
by April 24
* RVBD/Thoma Bravo spread 14c vs 7c on March 5
