By Alisa Odenheimer March 27 (Bloomberg) -- Israel antitrust regulator releases decision on creation of competitor for Leviathan partners, according to e-mailed statement. * Gas from Karish, Tanin to be sold in domestic market only * Noble, Delek Drilling must grant option to Karish, Tanin buyer to purchase natgas from Leviathan at lower price, bringing buyer’s total reserves to 70 BCM * Decision will be subject to approval by antitrust court * NOTE:Noble, Delek in Talks With Antitrust to Avert Cartel Designation {NSN MYPNOO6S972C <go>}
