Sept. 2 (Bloomberg) -- Returns to be used in GVT
acquisition, Telefonica Brasil CEO Antonio Carlos Valente says
in Brasilia.
* Capital increases enough to fund GVT acquisition
* Telefonica-Vivendi have 90 days to finish GVT acquisition
proposal
* Proposal needs adjustments, mainly in Vivendi’s stake in
Vivo or Telecom Italia
* No decision on GVT brand termination
* Telefonica “has nothing to do” with Oi-Tim talks
* Telefonica not part of Tim break up talks
* Valente said he wouldn’t discuss eventual acquisition of
Tim in future
