June 30 (Bloomberg) -- Mologen says cancer immune therapy
MGN1703 shows outstanding long-term responses.
* MGN1703 is treatment for metastatic colorectal cancer
* Says 3 of 4 patients who continued treatment after end of
IMPACT phase 2 study still free of progression
* As of April they were progression free for 32, 36 and 40
months
* Says median overall survivability of metastatic colorectal
cancer is between 24 and 30 months
* Says no severe side effects reported
* To start enrollment of patients for phase 3 in next months
of about ~540 patients in more than 100 European cancer
centers
* NOTE: Mologen on May 14 reported wider 1Q net loss as it
prepared for MGN1703 phase 3 in 2H
* NOTE: Stock down 27% YTD
