June 20 (Bloomberg) -- Gulf Keystone directors have been
holding talks this week on terms of CEO Todd Kozel stepping
down, Sky reports, without citing anyone.
* Announcement of Kozel departue may come as soon as Friday;
may still fall apart: Sky
* “Todd is the CEO. At this point there is no deal for him to
step down,” Sky quotes Gulf Keystone spokesman as saying
* Shrs (+4.5%) up as much as 5.1% today; volume <25% of 3-
