* 2014 GDP Forecast Raised to 3.4%; prior 3%
* 2015 GDP Forecast Raised to 3%; prior 2.7%
* 2014 CPI Forecast Lowered to 1.5%; prior 1.7%
* 2015 CPI Forecast Lowered to 1.5%; prior 1.7%
