the board of Dragon Oil reached agreement on recommended cash
offer for Dragon.
* Dragon shareholders to receive GBP7.50 in cash for each
share; valuing company at ~GBP3.7 billion
* Co’s. says offer is “substantial increase to the initial
proposal put forward in March”
