Sept. 30 (Bloomberg) -- Bpifrance offers 1.9% stake in
Orange for sale, according to e-mailed statement.
* Transaction will cut Bpifrance’s stake to 11.6%
* Private placement led by Goldman Sachs as sole global
coordinator and joint bookrunner; BNP Paribas is joint
bookrunner
* NOTE: Bpifrance is a government-owned investment fund
