Jan. 25 (Bloomberg) -- Egyptian billionaire Naguib Sawiris
leads investment group interested in buying Tim Participacoes,
Brazilian unit of Telecom Italia, Folha de S.Paulo reports,
citing unidentified shareholders of Italian co.
* Sawiris told newspaper that he will make proposal in case
Telecom Italia decides to sell unit
