AB InBev Brazilian Billionaires Transfer $388m of Stock Holding

Oct. 13 (Bloomberg) -- BR Global Investments, the Nassau,
Bahamas-based parent co. of Luxembourg-based BRC, through which
Brazilian billionaires Jorge Paulo Lemann, Marcel Herrmann
Telles and Carlos Alberto Sicupira share joint control of
Anheuser-Busch InBev, transferred EU306.3m of the brewer’s stock
to MHT Benefit Holding Co., according to a filing posted on
Belgian regulator FSMA’s website.
* Oct. 7 transaction was executed at EU85.90/shr, filing shows
