Williams, among the more dovish Fed presidents, is not a voting member on the FOMC...Japan press reporting PM Abe specifically targets the first reduction in corporate tax rate to 29% after the govt tax panel offered support for his corporate levy component agenda revealed by the "3rd Arrow" statement.
