Following today`s rumors, Casino confirms that the process to dispose of its subsidiary Via Varejo continues in Brazil without any new event to report to the market in respect to its last 8 March communication, at the occasion of its full year results` publication. Additionally, it denies any partnership regarding this subsidiary.
