Vallourec receives binding offer for two French sites from Altifort (translated)

Vallourec [EPA: VK], the French oil & gas tubular services company, confirmed it has received a binding offer from French industrial group Altifort for two French sites located in Tarbes and Cosne-sur-Loire, French daily Les Echosreported.
This development was also reported in Le Figaro, which said that the two sites employ 170 people. The terms of the offer were not disclosed.
