Valentino looks at 2017 listing on Italian Stock Exchange
Valentino, an Italian fashion house, is considering a 2017 listing on the Italian Stock Exchange, the Italian-language Carlo Festa blog reported. The report cited unspecified rumours claiming that Qatar-based sovereign wealth fund Mayhoola had also been considering the London and Paris exchanges but had finally decided to opt for the Milan bourse.
The report noted that Valentino closed 2015 with revenues of EUR 1bn and an EBITDA of EUR 87.5m. The report said that the results should show a slight increase in 2016.
