Unconfirmed twitter reports that ISIS insurgents have attacked a location in Samarra, Iraq where PM Maliki was reportedly convening a security meeting today- Some twitter chatter claims that the Prime Minister's helicopter was shot down, others that there was an explosion or attack on a military base that killed or wounded the PM.
