Ukraine PM Yatseniuk: We know of Russian plans to block gas transit to the EU this winter
**Reminder: On Aug 26th Russia President Putin stated after bi-lateral talks with Ukraine President that he agreed to resume discussions about energy issues. There was some risk to Ukraine gas transit to Europe after Naftogas returned payment.
