Sika shareholder Schenker-Winkler appeals Cantonal Court ruling at Zug High Court
As announced, Schenker-Winkler Holding (SWH) has appealed before the High court of Zug against the decision of the Cantonal Court of Zug, dated October 27, 2016.
In the appeal, SWH requests to dismiss the decision of the lower court regarding those resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of Sika dated April 14, 2015, which passed only because of the unlawful restrictions of SWH’s voting rights.
