Roman Abramovich and Oded Kobo interested in Golan Telecom
Roman Abramovich, the Russian businessperson, and the Israeli Oded Kobo, have formed a team to acquire Golan Telecom, the Israeli telecom company, according to a report in Globes.
The report noted, based on unidentified sources from the Israeli Communications Ministry, said that a such deal would be preferable compared to an alternative offer by the telecommunications company Cellcom, which the Antristrust Authority of Israel opposed.
