Risanamento's Parisian assets attract EUR 1.2bn offer from Pontegadea
Amancio Ortega, the Spanish investor and founder of Inditex, has offered the Italian property developer Risanamento close to EUR 1.2bn for about twenty properties located in Paris, Europa Press reported, citing unsourced local press reports.
The commercial properties generate about EUR 40m in rents, according to the Spanish-language report. Ortega made the offer via his investment vehicle Pontegadea.
The properties include a building located in Avenue Montaigne and another in Boulevard Haussman, the report noted.
Risanamento also has a firm offer for the same assets from Qatar Holding of just under EUR 1bn, the report added.
