Pernod Ricard appoints Lazard to face activist investor Elliott
Listed France-based spirits group Pernod Ricard [EPA:RI] is understood to have appointed Lazard to face the campaign launched by activist investor Elliott Management Corporation, weekly Challenges reported.
The unsourced report said that Elliot is assisted by adviser Alain Minc.
