Johnson & Johnson (J&J) [NYSE:JNJ] could announce a deal to acquire Swiss biotech Actelion [VTX:ATLN] today (January 24), Swiss daily Tagesanzeiger reported.
The report cited market speculation that a deal could be announced before or with the J&J annual results statement.
It was previously reported that a proposed deal structure would see J&J pay about USD 260 for each Actelion share.
