Investor Carl Icahn: I have been pretty bearish the last few years; now think that some companies "are awful cheap"; not quite as bearish as I was, but think there is more downside in the market

- Many shopping center owners will probably enter default; Icahn says he is short insurers of mall and office mortgages - OXY is is a very good company but has bad management and board; we do have a slate of board nominees for the annual meeting and we will try and get control of the company through the board
