Groupe Flo shares suspended ahead of update on Groupe Bertrand offer
Groupe Flo [EPA:FLO] announced it has requested Euronext Paris to suspend trading of its shares from Monday, 10 April, until further notice, in anticipation of an update from the company and its shareholder Financière Flo on the review of Groupe Bertrand's takeover offer.
The terms and conditions for the resumption of trading of the Groupe Flo shares will be set out in a forthcoming press release.
