Parrot market cap is 600mil Euros, GPRO move 6% on the announce of Moving into Drone, I am sure that the stock will move sharply higher if they will announce a deal today on Parrot...have a look to Parrot Price action on the last 3months...stock started to move on the 24th of April one month before GoPro announce...since the stock started to move and the announcment of GoPRo, an investor could have bought at least 15% of the Free Floaqt or 105 of the comp[any @ 24.25 in average...since 28th of may another 2.3mil shares have traded on Parrot at an average price of 39e.
The Seydoux family is holding 36.5% of the company...any investor could have secured another 15% of the company since the 24th of April...
Today will be a good day for GoPro to announce somthing and will be taken positvely by the market depend of the valuation...
Estimate EBITDA according to bbg for FY15 is 18.9mil..., REv 277mil.
It will be the best and quicker way for GoPro to move into the Drone Business and disappoint investors...
