The British BC Partners plans for a streak of the Edenred group
The investment fund is considering taking control of the meal-voucher leader, a transaction that would lead to its delisting from the stock market. BC Partners first wants to team up with a financial partner. Four funds have been approached, including Canada’s PSP Investments, to form a consortium.
