- all shareholders were given the choice of receiving all or parts of the dividend of EUR 0.70 per share - as approved by the Annual General Meeting 24 March 2021 - either in cash or in the form of new shares. In order to cover possible tax obligations, the amount of EUR 0.20 per share will be disbursed on 22 April 2021, regardless of whether a cash or scrip dividend was chosen. That same day, the balance from converting the dividend into shares, if any, will be paid out in cash. Overall, a total of roughly 38 million pro-rata dividend claims in the amount of EUR 0.50 per share were exchanged for 1,274,135 new shares in the company.
