Under the agreement, Myriad will submit a supplementary premarket approval application under its existing PMA for BRACAnalysis CDx to include Rubraca. The Myriad sPMA submission will fulfill a post-approval regulatory commitment by Clovis Oncology to the FDA for Rubraca.
