Chateau de la Messardiere up for sale, LOV group interested
French family-owned five-star luxury palace hotel Chateau de la Messardière, located in Saint Tropez, could be officially auctioned within the next few days, French newsletter La Lettre de L’Expansion reported.
The unsourced report said that French entrepreneur Stephane Courbit, owner of another luxury hotel in Saint Tropez, Pan deï Palais via his LOV Group investment vehicle, is interested. The report noted that Courbit already cooperates professionally with the Gibier family, which owns Chateau de la Messardiere.
According to its webiste, the hotel is located in a garden of 10 hectares and operates 57 suites and 60 rooms with three restaurants, two swimming pools and a spa.
