Cavalli to be acquired by Permira for EUR 450m
Roberto Cavalli, the Italian fashion company, is in final negotiations to be acquired by the private equity firm Permira, Il Mondo reported.
The item, without citing any sources, said the company's majority is about to be sold for EUR 450m. The final details of the transaction will be discussed during today's board meeting (24 January).
Roberto Cavalli has been assisted by Studio BEP as legal advisor, the report added.
Cavalli has a turnover of EUR 200m and posted an ebitda of EUR 25m in 2013, the report noted.
