CarrefourSA to sell CarrefourSA Maltepe to Bakirkoy Gayrimenkul for TRY 835m

CarrefourSA has reached an agreement to sell its retail unit CarrefourSA Maltepe to Turkish investment company Bakirkoy Gayrimenkul for TRY 835m (USD 189m) plus taxes, the Turkish supermarket operator said in stock exchange filing
