Bwin.Party shares gain on renewed talk of offer from GVC
Bwin.Party Digital Entertainment shares gained 3% yesterday, 14 May, on renewed talk of an offer from the Isle of Man-based online gambling software group GVC Holdings, The Daily Mail reported. The newspaper’s market report section did not cite a source for the speculation.
Bwin.Party’s share price closed 2.6p up at 89.4p in London yesterday, valuing the Gibraltar-based gambling operator at GBP 735m (EUR 1.01bn).

A report earlier this year noted that UK-based bookmaker William Hill, the Canadian gambling software group Amaya, as well as GVC Holdings, were interested in buying Bwin.Party.
