Bally International draws interest of Fosun International, Fujian Septwolves Industry, Itochu Corp
Bally International AG has drawn the interest of Fosun International [HKG: 0656] and Fujian Septwolves Industry, according to a newswire report.
Bloomberg reported that, citing undisclosed sources familiar with the situation, Fosun International and Fujian Septwolves Industry are among potential suitors for the Swiss luxury leather goods company which has an estimated valuation of USD 717m.
Meanwhile, Japanese trading firm Itochu Corp has also made non-binding offers for Bally this week, the report said.
