Atlantia and Abertis look to announce merger deal tomorrow - report (translated)
Merger talks between Atlantia [BIT:ATL] and Abertis [BME:ABE] have been continuing over the weekend with a view to closing a deal by this evening and announcing a deal tomorrow 15 May, Italian-language daily Il Sole 24 Ore reported. The report cited rumours noting that the public offer will be 70% cash and 30% shares and is likely to be priced at EUR 16- EUR 17 a share.
Atlantia is taking out financing of EUR 11.5bn to fund the public offer, as previously reported.
