AP Moller-Maersk could list Maersk Oil with 6-12 months - report (translated)

AP Moller-Maersk, the Danish conglomerate, is planning to separately list Maersk Oil, according to Berlingske Tidende.
The Danish daily cited an unnamed source who said that the listing is expected to occur within 6-12 months while another source said that it will likely be closer to 12 months.
The sources said however that no final decisions have been made yet and that a sale or merger are still possible options, albeit less likely.
The paper reported further, citing unnamed sources, that plans to list Maersk Supply Service and Maersk Drilling have been postponed and it is still uncertain what the future holds for Maersk Tankers.
Meanwhile, a Maersk spokesperson told the paper via e-mail that the company is still working on finding a suitable solution for the companies and the group's shareholders and that further information will be given by the end of September.
