Andritz looks at potential takeover targets; no deal likely in 2014
Andritz, the Austrian plant engineering specialist, is always on the lookout for buys and is currently evaluating potential takeover targets, Wirtschaftsblatt reported. The Austrian newspaper quoted Wolfgang Leitner, the chief executive of Andritz. However, Leitner added in the article that a deal is unlikely to materialise before the end of the year.
Andritz has a market cap of EUR 4.247bn.
