Aker Solutions possible target for WorleyParsons
Aker Solutions, the Norwegian offshore services company, may have attracted the interest of Australian WorleyParsons, according to Upstream.
The oil and gas industry publication reported, citing unnamed sources, that Aker Solutions and WorleyParsons have been in contact while American Halliburton seems to have lost interest in the Norwegian company.
Aker Solutions reported sales of NOK 5.2bn (EUR 547m) during the first quarter of this year.
