Abertis new strategic plan to include acquisitions
Spain-based motorways group Abertis is preparing a new strategic plan that will include acquisitions and talks to governments to obtain new concession contracts, Cinco Dias reported citing chairman Marcelino Fernandez.
Incoming CEO Jose Aljaro said that the company's priority was to draw a new plan with its shareholders Atlantia [BME:REE] (REE) and ACS [BME: ACS].
